Lindsay Lohan has struck up a friendship with Lily Allen after the pair were photographed having dinner together in Los Angeles.
Lohan and Allen were pictured laughing and chatting at Il Sole restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday night, where they were joined by their mutual friend DJ Samantha Ronson.
Allen later wrote about the meeting on her blog however, she only mentioned Lohan in passing and without saying her name.
She wrote: "I came back to the hotel at about 7 and went straight to dinner with my number one fan and avid reader of my blog Samantha."
"We went to this place called Il Sole, the food? Amazing. I love truffles, big time, and they didn't disappoint. Samantha brought a rather famous friend with her and about 50m paparazzi."
Allen is currently finishing the recording of her second album in Los Angeles, which is due for release later this year.
